A Conference Made For Sites,
By Site Owners

We are thrilled to announce the First Annual, SOS (Save Our Sites) conference, created by a group of experienced site owners who deeply understand the industry's day-to-day operations and unique challenges. As fellow site owners, we understand the difficulties you face on a daily basis and have designed this conference to provide valuable insights, solutions, and support.

We also feel the same way as you likely do: sometimes it seems as if the entire industry is against us, and other stakeholders may have more resources to be heard, while we must settle for the status quo. This is no longer acceptable, WE MUST SAVE OUR SITES!

This is not your typical conference – it's a one-of-a-kind event created specifically for clinical research sites like yours. Our team has carefully curated an agenda that covers a wide range of topics, including:

  • Patient recruitment and retention: Finding and retaining study participants can be a major challenge for clinical research sites, particularly for rare or complex diseases where recruitment is more difficult.

  • Budget and financial constraints: Sites often operate on tight budgets and face financial pressures from sponsors and CROs, which can make it difficult to sustain long-term profitability.

  • Regulatory compliance: Clinical research sites are subject to a complex set of regulations and guidelines, and maintaining compliance can be a significant challenge.

  • Protocol adherence: Clinical trial protocols are often complex and require careful adherence to ensure the validity of the results. However, adhering to these protocols can be difficult in practice, particularly in busy clinical settings.

  • Technology solutions: Research sites are understandably confused about which tools they can use to improve their operations, and which are merely industry buzzwords.

  • Business development: Developing lasting relationships with pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, and other sites has always been an industry ideal and never a reality. Why not change that now?

In addition to informative presentations and panel discussions, this conference will provide ample opportunities for networking with peers and industry experts. You'll have the chance to connect with fellow site owners who share your struggles and can provide valuable insights and advice.

We understand the importance of your time and resources, which is why we have designed this conference to be extremely affordable relative to the other industry conferences (bring your CRCs!), as well as highly efficient and effective. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources you need to succeed in today's rapidly evolving clinical research landscape.

Those new to the industry will likely connect with those who are more experienced in clinical research and be able to meet them in person and talk face to face. Due to its affordability and anticipated heavy presence of research sites, SOS conference would be an ideal place for job seekers to also attend and network with the more seasoned clinical researchers.

When was the last time you attended a clinical research conference for sites that was affordable, accessible, and focused more on the issues and change instead of the endless sales pitches and business development attempts?

Save Our Sites (SOS) is a different kind of clinical research conference. There will be plenty of fun and networking opportunities, however our founders are dedicated toward offering affordable networking opportunities to clinical research professionals specifically to accomplish lasting changes at the clinical site level. As a result, our content targets real, positive, progressive, lasting, and accountable change for our sites, our sponsors, and our industry as a whole.

Expect candid conversation, resolution development, and podcasting opportunities from four of our industry's strongest site advocates:

  • Dan Sfera the Clinical Trial Guru himself

  • Latinos in Clinical Research

  • Brad Hightower of Hightower Clinical and the industry-famous
Note To File Podcast and Livestream

  • Dr. Daniel Fox of the Clinical Research Payment Network

Together we are joining forces to drive the conversation we need to promote tangible change in our industry.
